Return Policy

Unused products:

Customers can change the product to another model if the product has not been used and must be checked and confirmed by the warranty staff of the company.

 

Conditions for accepting returns:

Customers are allowed to exchange new products of the same type when the product has an irreparable problem (due to a manufacturer's technical error). Defective products can only be exchanged after technical confirmation and compliance with the following conditions:

 

Goods are identified and purchased at Tan Huu Tai company (based on the purchase contract).

 

Goods are confirmed to be defective by a technician of the Warranty Department.

Goods still have their seals intact (not torn or glued) of the manufacturer.

Goods received are not defective in form (scratched, dented, yellowed, broken ...)

Returned goods must have all accessories and gifts attached

Goods received back must ensure full packaging, foam, .. (except adhesive film, plastic film ...)

Goods returned must be accompanied by all documents.

The New Talent Company will exchange goods for customers, except in the following cases:

 

Not the right type and model as you ordered.

Not enough quantity, not enough sets/information as in the original order.

Failure to meet quality such as: expired, out of warranty, inoperable, objective damage within the warranty scope of supplier, manufacturer, etc.

You want to change the type, model but without prior notice.

You operate improperly, causing damage to products and goods.

You do not comply with the required provisions to enjoy the warranty (for example, do not send the warranty card to the correct place within the specified time).

You yourself affect the external condition such as tearing the packaging, peeling, broken, ...

The goods have been signed to confirm "Quality standards" but then you request to return the goods because of errors in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, broken, ...)

Process of handling return and exchange procedures:

Customers can directly contact the sales staff with whom you have transacted or with the staff of the New Talent Company to deliver the goods to the company on behalf of the company for inspection. After having a Certificate of Condition with the content of damaged goods due to technical errors that cannot be repaired, accept the renewal. The exchange of goods will be made in accordance with the company's regulations.
